Hope everyone is having a fabulous week! We have been busy finishing our middle of the year testing and getting back into the swing of things. We wanted to share some of the anchor charts we have used in the Spanish classroom to help the students catch on to some of the basic skills. At first I would keep the door closed so not everyone would hear me singing the songs. Not anymore! We are proud of our songs! These are a few that we have been singing.
Science: The five senses
Math: Shapes Quadrilaterals
The days of the week
Math: Money
Do you guys find yourself having to make up songs so that Spanish language learners/English learners can catch on to concepts? Be sure to comment and share anything you guys use in the classroom (Spanish or English). We would love to hear from you!
Happy singing,
The Dual Trio

We sing all the time, they love it and sing the songs at home, too. They keep a Cancines y poems 3 ring binder in their book box, and read from that quite often, too.
